The vines

The Vines is a project of 8 Cypriot styled detached villas in the Limassol mountain village of Apsiou. Each villa is named after a variety of grapes found in Cyprus. The project is being built in three stages and as one stage is finished the title deeds will be released, so that the owner's rights are guaranteed. The private cul de sac road will only serve the 8 villas. All villas will have 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen including white goods, full a/c, working fireplace and a pergola covered patio. All villas will have private gardens, private parking, most with swimming pools. Architecturally designed and some finishing in stone to blend in the surrounding village.
